Roles & the content flow
Digi Loomi moves a piece of content along one spine — from first draft to a published, measured post. Here's that flow, who does each step, and what each role is allowed to do.
Create content
Pick a brand, pillar and category, then write or AI-generate a draft. Save it as a draft or submit it for review. Status: DRAFT → IN REVIEW.

Review & approve
A reviewer opens items in review and either Approves them or Requests changes (with a note). Changes send it back to the writer, pre-filled, to revise and resubmit. Status: APPROVED or CHANGES REQUIRED.

Design
A designer picks up an approved item, uploads the visual, and submits it for design review. Someone with design-approve marks it Design Done or sends design changes. A designer can't approve their own work. Status: DESIGN STARTED → DESIGN REVIEW → DESIGN DONE.

Create post
From a Design-Done item, compose the actual post: caption (AI optional), media from your device, hashtags, mentions, link, CTA — per network.
Who: Content Writer · Admin · Where: Create Post
Schedule / publish
Save as draft, schedule for later, or publish now. Scheduling/publishing counts against your monthly post limit. Status: DRAFT → SCHEDULED → PUBLISHED.
Who: Marketing · Admin · Where: All Posts + Calendar
Measure
Track performance and KPIs, and feed what works back into the next plan.

Roles & permissions
Every member has one role per brand. Roles decide which pages appear and which actions are allowed.

Only Super Admin can manage billing and create roles. Only Admin and above can manage brands and invite teammates. A Designer can upload a design but can't approve their own — that needs Marketing or Admin. Marketing approves and publishes but doesn't create drafts.
